Return Process

  Log into your MEDELCO account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original product packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
